What an amazing night. The venue was stunning – truly, there is no other word for it. The food was incredible – thank you Tommy’s Catering and the PAC baking team! We had 46 silent auction packages and there were some fierce bidding wars. The dancing heated up as the night progressed – it’s too bad we only had the room until midnight! And the photo booth – well, you’ll see the fun that was had there in a minute. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our school community.
From Tania Newman, PAC President:
I would like to thank the many people involved for their time and energy:
- Committee chairs Kyla Shore and Heather Chopko Butler: this evening could not have happened without your vision, style and attention to every little detail.
- Committee Members: Jessica Curry, Lindsay Crudo, Sal Valente, Dominique Champagne, Nicole Byrom, Alison Ellsworth, Ainsley Thor, Tamara Masterson & Nicole Eskes: from organizing catering, alcohol, the silent auction and so much more… thank-you!!
A special thank you to Eric Muira, who as always put in the extra mile and single handedly strung all the ceiling lights and erected the stunning chandelier. When he said “we need to string lights in the ceiling” I thought, “Are you kidding me? Who is going to be able to do that?” Before I knew it a genie lift had arrived and 8 strings of lights and a chandelier were hung.
We had many sponsors and donor companies, all of which are listed below. Without the generous support of each and every one, this night would not have been possible. Thank you!
Ed. Note: We also want to do a big shout out to Tania Newman and Chair Decor, whose decorating expertise and industry contacts made this night truly memorable. We appreciate all you do for our school!
As magical as our ball was, there is no magic wand or fairy godmother to turn our stunning ballroom back into the regular old school gym – it will have to be done the old fashioned way. So please, if you can spare some time on Monday (tomorrow) starting at 9:30am, we would appreciate your assistance. There are a lot of drapes to fold! Older, responsible children are also welcome to help.
Please support the businesses that supported our school – shop and play locally!
